This week in Grade Four!
In math we started our geometry unit by reviewing grade 3 concepts including angles, lines and polygons, We practiced creating sets of parallel, perpendicular and intersecting lines in our visual journals.
We are learning about animal structures in Science. This week we examined structures that allow animals to move. We compared the structures of fish and birds.
Coming Up!
We have swimming on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please bring your swim stuff.
Please return your Zoo Field Trip forms and your Pizza Lunch forms.
Save the date: Our Grade Four Farewell will be on Friday, June 19 in the gymnasium. Stay tuned for exact times as we get closer. That day is Fancy Day in grade four and we can't wait to see everyone's fancy outfits and hair styles!
